London based illustrator
Thorsten Sideboard has made his submission to the Observer's
Graphic Short Story Competition available online. Entitled "Hackney: The Comic", that's pretty much what it is - beautifully illustrated portraits of Hackney and its topography, set to a very loose, minimal, almost hypnagogic narrative. VERY impressive!
